Admission Requirements

1. Fill out the application form and return to the school office with the following:

• $100 non-refundable Application Fee.
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Current immunization records (Crown of Life complies with all age and immunization requirements of the State of Texas).
• If your child has had previous testing for learning difficulties or physical disorders, please include copies of the report.
• Copy of past achievement testing.
• Copy of most recent report cards.
  

2. Upon receipt of all of these materials, you will be notified regarding the status of the applicant based upon current openings and enrollment priority policy.

3. The Administration reserves the right to require current admissions testing.

4. If necessary, the applicant may spend time with teachers to assess academic status for proper placement.5. If enrollment is accepted and a vacancy is available the applicant will be placed accordingly. Your place cannot be held if all the required information is not completed.

Tuition and Fees - New for 2010-2011

• A 10% deposit of child's tuition is due at time of registration and receipt of admission form.

• Required school polo shirt to be worn for Chapel services and field trips available on our website under Crusader E-store.

• Payment in full. Payment directly to the school by check or cash by June 15, 2010 will entitle you to a 3% tuition discount. Multiple payments are accepted up to June 1st to fullfill this requirement.
• Flexible Monthly Payments. All monthly payments will be managed by FACTS Tuition Management by automatic bank withdrawal or by credit card (convenience fees apply). FACTS offers convenience, flexibility and secure on-line access.
• Multiple Child Discounts. First child, with highest grade level, pays full tuition. Second child will receive a 5% discount with the third, and all other children in family, receiving a 10% discount.

• Late arrival fee for pick up after 6:00 P.M. is $10.00 for first 10 minutes and $1.00 per minute thereafter. No exceptions.
